Andrea has been a member of the UIC Catering team (Chicago Catering Company) since 2015. Prior to her current position as Director of Catering, Andrea held the same position at Kenyon College - a private Liberal Arts college in Gambier, Ohio. Andrea previously worked for Lettuce Entertain You for 12 years. At UIC, Andrea leads the catering team. In her years here, she has brought the presentation to the next level. When not at work, Andrea enjoys the theatre, tennis and playing chauffeur to her teenage daughter.
